ORDER & POLICY
Once an order is placed and confirmed, you have agreed and accepted the following terms and condition. In case of any dispute, Rēwena reserves the right to the final decision.
In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version, the English version shall prevail.
Cancellation and or refund are not accepted once the order is confirmed.
Please contact us at least 2 days in advance should the pick up date and time need to change. Rēwena reserves the right to decline any reschedule requests.
Rēwena accepts FPS, Online Transfer and Bank Deposit for payment.
Full payment is required before collection of all orders.
Orders can be collected from Lai Chi Kok, Prince Edward and Kwai Chung, detailed address will be provided once the order is confirmed.
Orders must be collected within the selected date and time, or contact us for reschedule. (See “Order”) Rēwena does not hold any responsibility and liability for any damage(s) of the product(s) caused during transportation for self-pick up.
Rēwena does not offer free delivery services, however, we can assist with the booking of GoGoVan delivery service. The delivery fee will be quoted based on the GoGoVan App on the delivery day. The GoGoVan driver will contact you before delivery. Kerbside delivery only, you will need to pick up the products at the van, and pay the delivery fee in cash to the driver.
BAD WEATHER ARRANGEMENT
Self-pick up and Delivery service will be suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and Black Rain warning. Rēwena will contact you to arrange a new pick up or delivery time, no cancellation and refund are accepted due to bad weather.
Please keep the kombucha refrigerated at 4°C within 4 hours after pickup or delivery.
Rēwena Kombucha is a hand-brewed beverage, the taste of the product may vary slightly for each batch and each bottle.
Our products are not suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding or for children under 4.
