WHAT IS KOMBUCHA ?

Simply put, kombucha is a fermented drink made from sweetened tea and a type of culture known as SCOBY, which stands for Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeasts.​ Rēwena Kombucha is hand-brewed and produced with the finest, real ingredients in small batches in Hong Kong. It is all-natural and has no nasties as it is additive and

flavouring-free!

HOW IS KOMBUCHA MADE ?

Depending on the season, we ferment our kombucha for up to 24 days to ensure the flavour profile and consistency of the tea are absolutely right. Fermented food and drinks, like kombucha, contain live

microorganisms and probiotic bacteria that are produced during the fermentation process. These friendly bacteria in the kombucha help balance the gut microbiome and are great for the digestion systems. The finished brew is delicious; slightly sparkling, perfectly balanced between sweet and sour.

WHAT'S IN OUR KOMBUCHA?

Kombucha Culture (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast) , filter water, rock sugar, black tea and Manuka honey .

WHY DO WE DO IT ?

We want to share purposeful alternatives to the mass-produced and unhealthy drinks that saturate the market. Rēwena Kombucha is naturally low in sugar and contains zero fat, making it the ideal low-calories refreshment that can be enjoyed throughout the day. As a bonus, it is also gluten-free, dairy-free and suitable for vegetarians.

HOW TO STORE KOMBUCHA ?

Due to the fermented nature of kombucha, it needs to be refrigerated at all times. Kombucha is not suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding or for children under 4.
